Security

All the features are the same as in Goozzee multi-user version. There are no limitations on the size of your repository, or on the number of topics or documents... It's just the same, except the fact that there's only one user : you.

But even though you're the only user of this repository, it can be convenient to hide the Metadata topics while you're browsing your knowledge base, so that the main window isn't polluted with associations you don't need to see. So some kind of 'sub-mode' has been created inside the single-user mode, so that you can switch, at any time, between what I would call a 'Designer view' that shows everything – i.e. the metadata topics are visible –, and a 'user view', where everything is visible, except these metadata topics. So, when you want to work on your metadata – adding roles, classes, association types… – you switch to designer view. Until you're done with the Metadata, and you switch back to user view. This switch is done selecting the 'Designer View' menu item located in the 'Display' menu.

What's more, for now Goozzee isn't capable of deducting if a topic is or isn't part of the Metadata. So it can't tell if a topic must be hidden or not from the user. That's the purpose of the 'Hide topic' menu item, also located in the 'Display' menu : you'll use it to switch the current topic between visible and hidden.
